List of job requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain active online login credentials for multiple financial institutions

• Create and distribute Daily Cash Mgmt. report to upper management

• Analyze and reconcile accounts including Bank Statement reconciliations

• Monthly Company Credit Card review, analysis and record monthly expenses including bank transfer reimbursement checks 

• Manage mortgage schedule and process monthly loan payments

• Record and process accounting transactions (e.g. insurance and bank to bank transfers)

• Assist management with semi-annual property tax payments and recordation

• Assist with HR including semi-monthly payroll 

• Participate in month end activities

• Analyze accounting data to resolve account discrepancies

• Other general accounting activities & special projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant field.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; 10-key and data entry

o Office 365, MS Access & Yardi Voyager Commercial experience a plus

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
