Staff Accountant needed for a large, busy and growing property management company in the Roseville area. Main Responsibilities:

• Input journal entries

• Analysis of all general ledger accounts; determine and verify correct postings

• Preparation of financial statements and general reporting

• Prepare bank deposits and reconciliation of credit card accounts

• Budget preparation and analysis

• Preparation and participation with annual audits

• Accounts payable

• Year end close with balance sheet reconciliation

• Maintain tracking logs and contracts

• Advanced communications

• Extensive follow-up

The ideal candidate will have Affordable Housing experience, Timberline software and MS Excel.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience and a two-year degree

• Strong analytical and administrative skills

• Ability to work within a team environment

• Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines

• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and problem solving

Pay Rate $28 to $30 per hour
