Large, growing construction company in the Sacramento area seeks a mutli-faceted Supervisor for a fast-moving a production-driven shop. This is an essential position in the company facilitating operations, project oversight, Safety and Compliance, and Facility Management. This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE position working with a team with longevity and expertise. This is a family-oriented organization with a respected reputation in the industry.
Safety & Compliance
Serve as a designated contact for day-to-day safety and compliance matters.
Responsible for the maintenance of all shop compliance documentation and monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
Assist for regulatory site visits and meetings for are of responsibility.
Manage and maintain the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan protocols and procedures.
Ensure compliance with HR-related policies and procedures and state and federal specific labor laws.
- Train managers and employees on best practices.
Manage job files, pre-job documentation, stop notices, and regulatory filings.
Coordinate contracts with General Contractors and Subcontractors.
Properly maintain company insurance and its subcontractors for each job.
Oversee office procurement, asset and inventory management, vehicle fleet management and transportation, and fixed assets.
Maintain current supplier and service provider records.
Manage office and equipment leases, coordinate repairs and improvements with property managers, and lead the procurement of office equipment.
- Maintain asset register and inventory lists. Establish and manage inventory control for office supplies, stationery, etc.
Support smooth functioning of office infrastructure including communications equipment and services.
Coordinate subcontractors for shop and office repairs
Responsible for coordinating on/off-site storage needs.

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
