Staffing Scheduler needed for a healthcare related company to schedule a high volume of professionals to different locations. This is a 40-hour, temp to hire position in the El Dorado Hills area. Qualified candidates will be considered immediately. This is an URGENT NEED!
Duties include:
Staying organized in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
Scheduling a large volume of personnel to positions in the field.
Consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Acting quickly to address issues with patience and methodology.
Requirements:
Experience with Staffing/Scheduling
Exceptional Customer Service
Must be highly organized
Professional communication skills
Must have potential schedule flexibility
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
