Receptionist needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a dynamic, fast-growing company that specializes in various apprenticeship programs. This is a newly created position that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a team that makes a difference for people who are making a change in their careers. A temporary, full time position of a minimum of 3-4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Provide front desk support to all walk-ins and direct them to the correct person or department
Handle all incoming mail and distribute accordingly
Update check logs with correct amounts and perform basic calculations to reconcile amounts
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint).
Strong time management and follow up skills.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
