Purchase Order Processor is needed in the Roseville area for an established Non-Profit organization. This person will temporarily support the finance department including performing purchase orders and procurement activities. This is a critical role for a community oriented company for approximately 6+ months. Hourly rate $25.00.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process service and supply requisitions for budget endorsement and approval.

• Prepare purchase orders and place orders.

• Maintain requisitions and purchase order logbook.

• Replenish and inspect postage meter.

• Insure maintenance and requisitions of supplies for copier.  

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have successfully completed a minimum of a two-year (A.A.) degree or equivalent in an accredited business college in accounting, financial management or related field, AND have a minimum of one year of progressive experience,

– OR –

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have two years general accounting experience and a minimum of one year of specialized experience in payroll/accounts payable.

• Must have computer spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing (Word) proficiency.

• Preferred computer accounting experience.

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.  Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters, clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check.  River City Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
