Job Description

Project Manager Estimator needed in Sacramento for a dynamic, west coast based fast growing company in the construction industry. This is a newly created position that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor with unlimited possibilities. A direct hire, full time opportunity with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Oversee pre-job planning, ensure a consistent Plan of the Day (POD).
Manage project schedule including all manpower needs.
Purchase order job related materials, equipment or services.
Plan, coordinate, and direct multiple projects.
Coordinate and mange all phases of construction process rom conceptual to close-out.
Respond to our create Request for Information (RFI s).
Review and Maintain schedule of values and cost at completion, etc.
Update electronic files and ensure proper information is entered into Viewpoint.
Monitor weekly job progress for percentage to complete.

Requirements:

10 years in the construction industry (Combination of education & work experience acceptable).
Excellent computer skills with MS Office products such as: Excel and Word.
Advanced written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
Strong critical think, problem solving, priority setting, and decision-making abilities a must.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
