Project Coordinator for a fast-growing company headquartered in Sacramento. This role will offer opportunities for long term growth and competitive pay. If you have experience with the construction industry, dispatch, or audio visual projects, this is the opportunity for you! Learn from experienced industry professionals how to manage a high-volume of diverse commercial audio/visual projects across Northern California and nationally in this Full-Time, Temp to Hire position.
Responsibilities:
Utilizes Google Calendar to track up to 50 commercial projects daily
Quality Control: Maintains processes and procedures to ensure accurate job completion
Communicates regularly with field technicians regarding job status, questions, and problem solving
Tracks photos of job completion and confirms contract fulfillment with clients
Directly supports the Junior Project Manager and Director of Operations
Will be trained to route jobs in Northern California territory which includes the Bay Area
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Ability to learn to be proactive in anticipating installation needs
Google Suite and MS Outlook experience
Must be willing to work Overtime as needed
Dispatch experience preferred
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
