Responsibilities:
- Review financial loan applications for completeness.
- Input data into loan servicing software.
- Offer post-loan technical assistance.
- Respond to loan inquiries and provide financial resources.
- Coordinate Quarterly FreedomTech Financial Loan Advisory Committee meetings.
- Schedule and prepare documents for loan review committee.
- Create engaging content for Ability Tools and FreedomTech websites and social media.
- Facilitate monthly meetings and trainings.
- Collaborate with the AT Program Coordinator team on various initiatives.
- Participate in public awareness and training activities.
- Travel within California and occasionally outside the state.
- And, of course, other duties as assigned.
- An associate degree and two years of experience OR four years' experience in finance, assistive technology, or a disability-related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Experience with diverse, marginalized, or under-served communities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of finance and assistive technology.
- Are bilingual.
- Have personal experience with disability.
- Have worked with people with disabilities.
- Are familiar with disability rights.
- Embrace the Independent Living Philosophy.
