Apply today and be part of our client' s mission! This is a full-time, temp to hire position and our client will consider qualified candidates immediately. Responsibilities:
Review financial loan applications for completeness.
Input data into loan servicing software.
Offer post-loan technical assistance.
Respond to loan inquiries and provide financial resources.
Schedule and prepare documents for loan review committee.
Create engaging content for Ability Tools and FreedomTech websites and social media.
Facilitate monthly meetings and trainings.
Collaborate with the AT Program Coordinator team on various initiatives.
Participate in public awareness and training activities.
Travel within California and occasionally outside the state.
And, of course, other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
An associate degree and two years of experience OR four years' experience in finance, assistive technology, or a disability-related field.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
Experience with diverse, marginalized, or under-served communities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of finance and assistive technology.
