  • Review financial loan applications for completeness.
  • Input data into loan servicing software.
  • Offer post-loan technical assistance.
  • Respond to loan inquiries and provide financial resources.
  • Coordinate Quarterly FreedomTech Financial Loan Advisory Committee meetings.
  • Schedule and prepare documents for loan review committee.
  • Create engaging content for Ability Tools and FreedomTech websites and social media.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings and trainings.
  • Collaborate with the AT Program Coordinator team on various initiatives.
  • Participate in public awareness and training activities.
  • Travel within California and occasionally outside the state.
  • And, of course, other duties as assigned.
  • An associate degree and two years of experience OR four years' experience in finance, assistive technology, or a disability-related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with diverse, marginalized, or under-served communities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of finance and assistive technology.
