This is a full-time, temp to hire position and our client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.
  • Coordinate the acquisition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and COVID-19 test kits for Independent Living Centers and Device Lending Demonstration Centers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and adequate inventory levels to meet consumer demand.
  • Track and update center contact lists.
  • Establish relationships with Public Health and Emergency Management professionals.
  • Facilitate Monthly Meetings and trainings.
  • Collaborate with the AT Program Coordinator team on various initiatives.
  • Participate in public awareness and training activities.
  • Travel within California and occasionally outside the state.
  • And, as part of our team, take on additional responsibilities to drive our mission forward.
  • An associate degree and two years of experience, or four years' experience in public health, assistive technology, inventory management, or a disability-related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with diverse communities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Research and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of information access and assistive technology.
