This is a full-time, temp to hire position and our client will entertain qualified candidates immediately. Responsibilities:
Coordinate the acquisition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and COVID-19 test kits for Independent Living Centers and Device Lending Demonstration Centers.
Ensure timely delivery and adequate inventory levels to meet consumer demand.
Track and update center contact lists.
Establish relationships with Public Health and Emergency Management professionals.
Facilitate Monthly Meetings and trainings.
Collaborate with the AT Program Coordinator team on various initiatives.
Participate in public awareness and training activities.
Travel within California and occasionally outside the state.
And, as part of our team, take on additional responsibilities to drive our mission forward.
Requirements:
An associate degree and two years of experience, or four years' experience in public health, assistive technology, inventory management, or a disability-related field.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom.
Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
Experience with diverse communities.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Research and writing skills.
Knowledge of information access and assistive technology.
