Job Description

Part Time Office Assistant needed for a locally-owned internet sales Sacramento company. This is a temporary position with the possibility to go direct hire.

Duties include:
  • Shipping/Receiving
  • Answering and screening phone calls.
  • Data Entry, monitor, and update excel spreadsheets
  • Communicate with Customers as needed via email or over the phone
  • Prepare sales listing
Requirements:
  • Must have prior office experience in a similar office role.
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be highly customer service-oriented.

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, proper documentation to verify completion of high school education, must clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA. Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position.
