Part Time Bookkeeper needed in the Clarksburg, CA area at a beautiful location near the Sacramento River. This is a Temporary position at approximately 16 hours per week for one month to cover a medical leave. The schedule is flexible for the right candidate who can effectively maintain accurate accounting operations and payroll for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain weekly accounting transactions for two sets of books

• Process Accounts Payable at a volume of approximately 40 weekly invoices

• Process Accounts Receivable at a volume of 5-10 checks weekly

• Reconcile transactions to the general ledger using Microsoft Excel

• Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 60 employees

• Contributes to office administration by filing and providing backup to answering phones if needed.

Requirements:

• QuickBooks Online experience

• Availability for one month on a part time basis

• Proven ability to maintain General Ledger activities

Pay Range: $27-39/hr
