Office Manager needed in the North Sacramento area for a dynamic company that specializes in the banking industry on a global basis. This is a newly created position that offers a great opportunity for the right person who wants to work for a Sacramento based organization and be a part of future growth with unlimited possibilities. This is a direct hire, full time opportunity with benefits.
- Coordinates and monitors day-to-day office operations in cooperation with the company s president.
- Responsible for efficient running of the office and assign tasks to designated staff as appropriate.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their submission/ order.
- Collaborate with staff, assist consigners with successful submission of paperwork, confirms accuracy of invoices and assists in monitoring consignment deliverables on a global level.
- Oversee the work flow of office employees to ensure work productivity, meet deadlines, and KPI goals.
- Proficient computer skills, strong Excel skills are required.
- Strong time management and follow up skills.
- Three years of supervisory experience is a plus.
- Covid Vaccine is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA. Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters, clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check.
