Job Description

Full Charge Bookkeeper needed in the Citrus Heights area for a Tax & Accounting firm. This is a part-time temp to hire position for the right individual who can prepare financial statements for a myriad of business and individual clients. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.

Responsibilities:

Assists with a backlog of Balance Sheets and reconciliations for additional location in Virginia
Performs analysis of QuickBooks reports and other financial information
Prepares Journal Entries and posts to the General Ledger
May assist with tax preparation long term

Requirements:

Ability to create financial statements
Minimum of 5 years of experience with QuickBooks
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop
Minimum of 5 years of Bookkeeping experience
Skilled with analysis and high attention to detail
Tax experience preferred, but not required

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
