FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ability to create and manage budgets.
- Supervises and manages the Finance Department s daily operations.
- Maintains agency checking accounts and invoices.
- Responsible for the various ledgers including cash disbursements, cash receipts, accounts payable, bimonthly payroll execution and month-end payroll summary.
- Oversee the accounts receivable summary and journal entries to the general ledger.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.
- Minimum 3 years Payroll & Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, or related software as well as budget creation and analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advance user of Excel.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
