As an Estimator, you will cultivate client relationships, generate sales, and develop compelling bids/proposals. This person will work closely with the VP of Operations to drive profitable outcomes for the organization. This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire opportunity. Responsibilities:
Foster new client relationships while nurturing existing ones by delivering accurate estimates and providing quality customer service
Maintains accurate records in the database for prospects and clients
Collaborate with VP of Operations for finalizing quotes and closing sales, meeting monthly sales goals
Utilize Costing/Estimating tools for accurate pricing
Review project plans, and coordinate subcontractor interactions
Attend industry events and regular meetings as required
Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate scheduling with and submit weekly activity reports to Project Manager and VP of Operations
Ensure accurate and up-to-date database information
Secure VP approval for significant commitments
Consistently seeks to update and enhance industry knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
4 years of construction industry estimating experience
Strong interpersonal skills, making connections with ease
Ability to grasp project intricacies and costs accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
