Customer Service professional needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a large non-profit organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong inter-personal skills to be a part of a strong effort in assisting others in the community. This is a growing company with 40 hour-full time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity for helpful and patient individuals who are trained in maintaining confidentiality. Extensive training program is available. Candidates are being considered IMMEDIATELY. Bilingual language skills in English/Farsi, Arabic, Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian are preferred but not required. A comprehensive benefits package is available upon hire. Typing must be at 60 WPM.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Alpha numeric data entry of confidential information gathered for program enrollment

• Customer service with patience, empathy and understanding

• Proactive outreach and followup

• Documents management and extensive verbal and written communications.

REQUIRED

• Minimum of two years experience in a Customer Service Role

• Live Scan compliance clearance

• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite

• Office, administrative, filing experience

• Basic math calculations

• Advanced communication skills

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Problem solving capabilities

• Ability to learn new software program

• Follow all policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards

PREFERRED

• Degree(s) /Certificate in any service field

• Strong time management skills

• Non-Profit experience

• Bilingual language skills in English/Farsi, Arabic, Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian are preferred but not required

Pay Rate $25-$33
