Data Entry Specialist needed in the South Sacramento area for a dynamic, fast growing, company in the construction industry. This is a newly created position in their Purchasing Department that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor and work with a Sacramento based organization. A long-term, full-time position with the possibility to become temp to hire with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
Scanning, separating and renaming pages and files in Adobe Pro.
Support the staff n the Purchasing Department.
Inputting proprietary information in Excel spreadsheets and creating new ones where applicable.
Updating all charts regarding product purchased based o projects.
Requirements:
Must have a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel, Word and intermediate knowledge of Adobe Pro.
Minimum two years experience working in an office environment.
Great organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA. Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters, clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check.
