Customer Service Specialist needed in the Rancho Cordova, CA area, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting a department of an established Non-Profit. This is a perfect position for someone seeking to work and assist the public and families there within. As an essential part of the team, you'll contribute to the efficient operation of delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, long-term, contract assignment for approximately six months with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities:

• Take phone calls from the public inquiring about child care services

• Data Entry and documentation of critical information

• Assisting families with inquiries about services.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English/Russian

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, assisting the public and data entry and general office duties..

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferences:

• Experience with early childhood education.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well within a team.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Ideally possess an AA degree or hire but not required

Pay Range: $22-$23/hr
