Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Alpha numeric data entry of confidential information gathered for program enrollment
- Customer service with patience, empathy and understanding
- Proactive outreach and followup
- Documents management
REQUIRED
- Minimum of two years experience in a Customer Service Role
- Live Scan compliance clearance
- Knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Office, administrative, filing experience
- Basic math calculations
- Advanced communication skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Problem solving capabilities
- Ability to learn new software program
- Follow all policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards
PREFERRED
- Degree(s) /Certificate in any service field
- Strong time management skills
- Non-Profit experience
- Bilingual language skills in English/Farsi, Arabic, Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian are preferred but not required
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, Livescan clearance, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
