Job Description

Credit Analyst II needed in midtown Sacramento area for a dynamic, fast-growing company in the office furniture industry. This is a newly created position that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor with west coast company that offers unlimited possibilities. This is a long term, possible temp to hire full time opportunity with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular analysis on all outstanding accounts receivable in assigned account portfolio to ensure timely payment.
Interpret all complex terms for collection process and affiliate agreement terms and maintain relationships with all internal and external customers.
Manage large amount of data and ensure compliance to all contracts.
Manage short payment issues and reconcile unapplied cash amounts.
Establish and review credit limits for new and existing clients.
Maintain accurate credit files and collection files.

Requirements:

Five plus years experience in a fast paced, high volume accounts receivable department or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience with various positions in Payables, Receivables, General Accounting, Treasury, Order Management and Billing a plus.
Intermediate to advance level in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Complex reading and writing, basic math skills.
Aptitude for grasping complex issues.
Excellent communication skills.

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
