CREDIT ANALYST II

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular analysis on all outstanding accounts receivable in assigned account portfolio to ensure timely payment.
- Interpret all complex terms for collection process and affiliate agreement terms and maintain relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Manage large amount of data and ensure compliance to all contracts.
- Manage short payment issues and reconcile unapplied cash amounts.
- Establish and review credit limits for new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate credit files and collection files.

Requirements:
- Five plus years experience in a fast paced, high volume accounts receivable department or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with various positions in Payables, Receivables, General Accounting, Treasury, Order Management and Billing a plus.
- Intermediate to advance level in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Complex reading and writing, basic math skills.
- Aptitude for grasping complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
