Job Description

Contracts Administrator needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a large, thriving company. This is a 40-hour temp to hire role for the right person with strong organization and high-attention to detail skills. Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30pm.



  • Validating and updating new and existing site information

  • Writing, entering and onboarding of new properties, making modifications to contracts as needed

  • Enter information in a proprietary system to create customer proposals and work orders

  • Take accurate and complete notes during meetings for new recurring services and distribute them electronically to the team

  • Create recurring work orders, ensuring that all relevant information is included based on specific proposals

  • Set up and maintain master files both digitally and manually

  • Respond to revision and cancellation of contracts and information requests with urgency

  • Monitor and process any contract requests via email.

  • Assist with investigation and completion of voiding of incorrect invoices

  • Prepare detailed monthly MS Excel reports for executives with contract status of all current sites.

  • Work with internal teams to provide timely resolution of all client support issues

  • Able to use software emails, teams chat, and company portal.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay Range: $21 to $24 per hour


Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
