Contracts Administrator needed in the East Sacramento region for a Construction industry client. This is a Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE position. This person will support the Project Management team with administrative and project support tasks to ensure efficient operations and professional presence in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Supports six project managers on 10-15 projects in different phases simultaneously
Assists with bids for materials and ensures deadlines to order materials are met
Uploads project plans in Procore and ensures updated copies are distributed to the team
Submits for and tracks business licenses for projects in different areas
Sends and tracks prelien notices
Requirements:
Professional communication skills
Ability to learn systems and processes
Approaches work with a Great Attitude
Experience with Procore a plus
Understanding of Preconstruction process
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
