Job Description

Commercial Loan Closing Manager needed in the Sacramento region area for a dynamic, fast-growing non-profit in the home lending industry. This is a newly created position in their Loan Funding Department that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a non-profit that makes a difference in communities throughout Northern California. This is a full time, long term with a possible temp to hire opportunity with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Hire, train, supervise, and guide the closing unit to help improve efficiency and customer service.
Oversee the preparation of commitment letters and closing documents.
Manage and supervise complicated reporting, loan fund spreadsheets, and reconciling activities.
Schedule and coordinate monthly pipeline reports with closing staff.
Analyze any relevant title or escrow to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Communicate and coordinate with the Loan Servicing Manager to ensure the department is running efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

Ability to produce Loan Servicing Reports for Management review.
Two to five years experience in loan industry.
Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite.
Organize and prioritize work to meet established timelines.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
