Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain a level of retention with their members.
- Handle renewals either independently or through collaboration with assigned producer.
- Generating additional revenue working with current members in the form of up-selling which includes increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and cross-selling.
- Support the functions of other members of your team on an as needed basis.
- Work with Marketing Team to assist in the creation of marketing assets such as emails, direct marketing pieces, web content and social content.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience a plus. Will cover the cost of the licensing.
- Have 3 years plus administrative and customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft/Office 365.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
