Part Time Bookkeeper needed on the lower side of Sacramento for a large, stable company. This is a temp to hire position for a person who may have property management experience performing similar duties. Position is Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm, with Fridays off.
Duties include:
Process accounts payable (approximately 150 monthly invoices) and accounts receivable, ensuring a seamless flow in financial processes.
Perform collections on outstanding accounts
Reconciliations and month end close
Filing and accounting related administrative duties
Timecard tracking, proofing and submissions
Deposit preparation
Required:
QuickBooks Online
Proven experience with managing ongoing accounting activities
Detail oriented with effective communication skills
Preferences:
Property management experience
Yardi Breeze Premier software experience
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
