Administrative Coordinator is needed for an established and professional company in the Property Maintenance industry. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Auditing time cards to ensure accuracy
  • Maintaining inventory and tracking of supplies
  • Assisting with scheduling of employees
  • Auditing and submitting mileage sheets to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very proactive and reactive
  • Quick study and able to juggle multiple tasks

Must be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
