Administrative Assistant is needed at a small company in Sacramento. This position is open to cover a leave that may go a month or longer.
If you enjoy being a part of an effort to help others in the community, this company does that work and more, to make a difference and are looking for an empathetic, professional and experienced support professional.
Duties include:
Scheduling virtual and in-person meetings
Email follow-up with high-profile clients and other resources
Answer phones in a courteous, expedient and professional manner
Follow-up on communication and/or office tasks
Writing short letters, as needed
Gathering materials together for meetings
Take initiative to complete other tasks that present themselves
Requirements:
Zoom and other platform meeting experience
Professional presentation
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Business writing skills
Pay Range : $18-$19 per hour
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
