Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a well-established, fast-growing company. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a locally owned organization, built on a reputation of outstanding customer service and meeting the needs of the Sacramento community, to grow within a reputable organization. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with excellent benefits. Qualified candidates will be considered immediately. Pay range $19-$21 hourly. 

Responsibilities:

• General data entry of information into the database.

• Processing mail for incoming payments.

• May process credit card payments.  

• Interaction with staff and customers.  

• Assists with other clerical duties in support of billing functions.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of AS400 Software preferred

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Two years plus of clerical experience.

• Experience with billing preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

Pay range $20-$22 hourly. 

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
