Job Description

Accounts Receivable/ Billing Specialist needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a well-established, fast-growing company in the recycling industry. This is a newly created position that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a locally owned organization built on a reputation of outstanding customer service and meeting the needs of the Sacramento community. This is a full time, long term with a possibility temp to hire opportunity with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

General data entry information into the database.
Inputting routes, weights, and all information for accurate billing.
Interaction with staff and customers.
Assists with other duties involving all billing functions.

Requirements:

Must have a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of AS400 Software.
Excellent customer service skills.
Two years plus billing experience.
Strong communication skills.

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
