Accounts Payable Clerk needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a dynamic, locally owned company in the recycling service industry. This is a newly created position that offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor in the Accounting Department with unlimited possibilities. This is a temp to hire, full time opportunity with 100% paid benefits.
Responsibilities:
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Sort, batch documents by account name or number.
Process invoices for payment, 150 to 200 checks run weekly.
This position will be supporting 6 companies in Accounts Payable.
Requirements:
Must have a strong attention to detail
Two years plus of high-volume A/P.
Strong follow up skills.
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA. Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters, clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check.
