Accounting Clerk needed in Rancho Cordova at a large non-profit organization. This is a great opportunity to join a strong company and cohesive team. This role requires a minimum of High School Diploma, minimum of two years accounting experience, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to support and understand a variety of accounting practices. This is a temp to hire, 40-hour, full time opportunity for the right person.  Qualified candidates are being considered immediately for interviews.

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Performing full cycle accounts payable and printing checks

• Performing accounts receivable

• Performing Inventory tracking

• Point of Contact for various accounting document requests

• Complete and provide various tax forms

• Complete W-9's for vendors, as requested

• Upload confidential accounting documents as received.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a High School Diploma

• Minimum of two years performing similar accounting functions

• Ability to perform general accounting calculations

• Ability to shift responsibilities and priorities quickly

• Ability to work diligently and with accuracy

Pay $25.39

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
