Dedicated ACCOUNTANT needed to join a professional Roseville organization, performing a variety of operational accounting functions. This role involves a variety of operational accounting functions and offers a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.

• Post entries in the General Ledger with a solid understanding of debits and credits.

• Manage complex accounts receivable and billing for a large company, including some collections.

• Handle accounts payable with bimonthly check runs.

• Execute heavy journal entries.

• Process direct deposits and ACH payments.

• Assist with basic data preparation for financial statements.

• Conduct monthly transactions for closing.

• No reconciliation duties required.

• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and CCH Axcess (a cloud-based tax preparation and compliance, workflow management, and audit solution).

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly debits and credits.

• Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and journal entries.

• Ability to manage complex billing and collections.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
