The Customer Service Manager is responsible for:
- Management and oversight of seven customer service representatives and ensuring team efficiency.
- Setting departmental goals.
- Creating and maintaining reports.
- Increasing the collaboration across the organization.
- Serving as subject matter expert for the department.
- Driving and monitoring team performance against key performance indicators.
- Must have at least 5 years management experience.
- Must be able to process multiple issues simultaneously, driving them to successful resolution.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check, clear DMV record, and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
