Senior Human Resources Analyst needed  on a contract basis in the  Human Resources Department of a Downtown Sacramento client.  This is a temporary position with the opportunity for Direct Hire, for the right person. Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment/selection
  • Experience in management position
  • Classification/compensation
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Working with special projects
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
  • Able to work independently.

The minimum qualifications are:  Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development   or closely related field.   A minimum of four (4) years of experience in recruitment/selection, benefits, pension administration, leave administration, HRIS administration, classification/compensation, position control, or human resources project implementation.  Public sector experience is preferred.  Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough criminal background check, and proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
