Human Resource Professional needed for large Mortgage/Financial Service industry in Roseville/Rocklin area. This is a temporary position with the possible opportunity for a direct hire placement, for the right person.

Job Duties:
  • Support HR senior management by performing administrative functions such as scheduling of appointments, screening of phone calls, coordination of meetings and travel
  • Providing best-in-class human resources service delivery to business partners, candidates and team members
  • Assist in the coordination and data gathering for audit requests, employee related matters and maintenance of data in HRIS system
  • Respond to HR related inquiries, questions and complaints from team members across all divisions and provide guidance and direction on HR policies, programs and processes
  • Gather and facilitate employee data changes within the system as required, obtaining the necessary approvals to comply with Company guidelines and procedures to necessitate employee transfers, salary increases, promotions, etc
  • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
  • Provide assistance to team members with onboarding, new hire orientation efforts, learning management and other specific human resources initiatives.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma required; bachelor' s degree preferred
  • Three to five years of experience required, preferably within the human resources department of a banking, finance or mortgage company
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • MS Office Proficient
  • Experience with and HRIS system

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
