An experienced  Customer Service Representative with bilingual language skills, English/Spanish, is needed for a large, north Sacramento-area company. This is a full time, temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person.  This is an urgent need and our client is entertaining qualified candidates immediately.

Responsibilities include:
  • Input and process orders in an expedient manner in an effort to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage and contact customers to advise them of  information regarding their orders
  • Provide assistance concerning problems or issues with  accounts
  • Completes necessary forms and routes information to  various departments
  • Support the sales department with product promotion  through telemarketing activities
  • Review customer orders to identify errors or product shortages
  • Ensure all scheduled orders are submitted in a timely manner

  • Strong Sales Experience 
  • Strong Data Entry

  • Bilingual, English/Spanish, language skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work  in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan and organize the various work activities
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
