Customer Service/Call Center Professionals  needed for a Sacramento company. There are multiple openings available. This is a  temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right people who meet the qualifications below. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately. 

Duties include:
  • Inbound Customer Service Call/Center
  • Processing order forms/ Data Entry
  • Working with purchase orders and check requests
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced verbal and written communication 

Previous experience working within a professional, upscale  industry is preferred.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are  highly preferred.

  • Must rate high on  a customer service, spelling and grammar assessment
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker with solid quality customer service and be able to process a  strong quantity  of calls
