Contract Coordinator need for large medical insurance company in Rancho Cordova. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for direct hire, for the right person.   

Experience Needed:
  • Minimum of  two (2) years experience  in  administration
  • Typing over 45 WPM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficient with advanced MS Excel
  • Solid attention to detail

Duties Include:
  • Proofing contracts
  • Double checking information on various websites in a high production environment.
  • Answering telephone calls and e-mail from  to resolve matters.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and following up on various documents, files and reports.
  • Updating critical records with new information received. 

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
