Bilingual Recruiter needed for a Sacramento company. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.
- Front end recruiting mainly for Day Porters in the Sacramento region as well as the Bay area.
- Reviewing resumes on Indeed and Craigslist plus follow up on potential candidates who have filled out on-line applications.
- The process will include:
- Pre-phone screen, scheduling interviews with the Service Managers if applicable
- Once selected, will schedule drug test, background, physicals, all compliance that is required regarding the onboarding process
- Knowledge of intermediate Excel as they will be tracking the onboarding process from phone screen, interview, acceptance of the position, compliance, etc… This will be on a shared drive, so HR and the department will know where each candidate is in the hiring process
- The average time frame from pre-screening to start date of employment is 2 weeks
- Responsible for all on-boarding docs
- All follow up for all pre-screening compliance such as drug, background, physical, etc.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume recruiting
- Type 50 wpm
- Must be a strong multi-tasker, able to work at a very fast pace, with excellent communication skills.
