Administrative Assistant needed for large, Roseville Healthcare/Insurance company.  This is a temporary position slotted to go two months or more.
  • Leave of Absence Benefits Billing
  • COBRA Administration
  • Extensive Data Entry of critical documents; review, audit for errors, follow up, and track  issues and errors
  • Take escalated calls about Human Resources issues
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Human Resources/Benefits experience
  • Strong Microsoft  Office Suite
  • Intermediate or above EXCEL experience, data manipulation (pivot tables, VLOOKUP' s, etc.)

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
