Administrative Assistant professional needed for a Sacramento company. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.  This position will split time between Natomas office and Rancho Cordova office.  Position will be solely in Rancho Cordova as of  March of 2019.

Duties include:
  • Provide support to operations, managers and employees
  • Track, review, report, and maintain  timekeeping system
  • Maintain inventory of office
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Liaison between company and outside vendors
  • Support staff, keeping supplies stocked
  • Office event planning

Intermediate to advanced Google Doc skills is highly preferred.

  • Must be a Customer Service professional
  • Must have computer savvy
  • Must have experience as an Administrative Specialist and have an upbeat, positive personality.
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker with hands-on experience managing tasks and supporting different managers and executives.

Must be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA. River City Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
