Administrative Assistant needed  for an established, reputable, and locally-owned  manufacturing company in  Rancho Cordova. This is a temporary position the the opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. 

The main responsibilities include:
  • Providing general clerical support
  • Coordinating logistics for shipping
  • Communicating with representatives
  • Preparation of documents for  orders
  • Customer billing.

Additional duties, including but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • Working within internal accounting software for billings
  • Entering/verifying information for internal tracking.
  • Answering light incoming calls and greeting minimal walk-in traffic.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of applicable administrative experience.
  • Must prepared to provide a minimum of two supervisory references.
  • Must  clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check. Must provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
