Administrative Assistant/ CSR is needed for a busy north Sacramento area company. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.

Duties include:
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Take new orders
  • Filing and data entry
  • Customer service
  • Use MS Outlook; emailing, and scheduling appointments,
  • Use MS Word and Excel; complete template spreadsheets; keep inputted data current; basic formulas, copy/paste, etc.
  • Audit paperwork
Requirements:
  • Must have strong customer service
  • Recent administrative support experience as well as experience answering phones
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word; create spreadsheets and perform simple formulas in MS Excel
  • Have an eye for detail, be dependable and reliable, have a can-do attitude and a positive outlook
  • Able to work on-call and overtime as needed
  • Prior experience in dispatch and/or service industries (ie. HVAC, etc) preferred

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA. Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position.
