- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Take new orders
- Filing and data entry
- Customer service
- Use MS Outlook; emailing, and scheduling appointments,
- Use MS Word and Excel; complete template spreadsheets; keep inputted data current; basic formulas, copy/paste, etc.
- Audit paperwork
- Must have strong customer service
- Recent administrative support experience as well as experience answering phones
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word; create spreadsheets and perform simple formulas in MS Excel
- Have an eye for detail, be dependable and reliable, have a can-do attitude and a positive outlook
- Able to work on-call and overtime as needed
- Prior experience in dispatch and/or service industries (ie. HVAC, etc) preferred
