Office Assistant is needed for a Rancho Cordova company. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.

Duties include:
  • Primarily, maintaining filing system (lots of standing, walking, lifting, bending, crouching)
  • Providing administrative project support
  • Maintaining the overall organization of the office
  • Serving as the first point of contact for the office
  • Greeting clients on the phone or in person
  • Processing office forms and logging information
  • Processing mail

Requirements:
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of relevant general office experience, including but not limited to multi-line telephone experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Good basic verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Good basic analytical, written, math, and computer skills

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
