- Providing back up customer service to help policy holders process their payments over the phone
- Taking calls from policy holders through a queue
- Speaking with members, and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing credit card payments
- Data entry
Payment queue experience preferred.
- Must have call center experience
- High capacity to enter data with accuracy
- Efficient at navigating systems
- Very professional and polite
Must be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
