Bilingual Recruiter needed in Rancho Cordova for a fast growing, dynamic company in the property management industry. Must be fluent in English/Spanish. This is a long-term contract position that may be a temp to hire for the right person, partnering with Human Resources and Management to ensure top talent for multiple positions. This is a high volume, 40 hour opportunity for a motivated professional.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting from Indeed, company website, Zip Recruiter and Craig's list.

• Inputting all information in Excel and tracking candidate base.  

• Full cycle recruiting from screening to onboarding.  

• Pre-phone screen, scheduling interviews.

• Ensure that all candidates meet all compliance requirements for employment.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong attention to detail

• Strong time management and follow up skills

• Excellent customer service

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite

• Fluent in Spanish is required.

Pay Range $25- $27 per hour

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.  Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters, clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check.  River City Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
