RCSES FACILITIES AND SAFETY MANAGER

Administrative Manager in the Sacramento area is needed for facilities and safety management at a large and growing property management company. Will be responsible for preparing and managing contracts, RFP’ s, government reporting and other industry specific documents. Must be able to plan site projects with extensive foresight, adjust as appropriate and ensure financial viability. Will also be responsible for maintaining safety policies and procedures, inspection compliance, following up and responding to findings and resolutions, and performing project evaluations for needs. Must have exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Other duties will include vendor, claims and invoice management, tracking, logging and research, and Policy and Procedures manual updates. Will be hiring, training and supervising staff. Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, be able to clear and thorough criminal background check and drug test. Qualified candidates will be entertained immediately and must hold a valid California Driver’ s License and automobile insurance.
