RCSES CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Customer Service Representative needed for Folsom client. This is a direct hire position and our client is urgent to fill these positions.
A minimum of two years’ experience as a call center Customer Service Representative or Front Desk Receptionist taking at least 50 calls per day is desired. Must have experience in the medical field as front desk, claims, insurance follow up, and/or call center. Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite, solid data entry, ability to toggle screens, and tech savvy to be successful in this position. Insurance background and bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, proper documentation to verify completion of education if degreed, must clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
