Customer Service Manager needed for a large construction company in Dublin, CA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position! Must have more than two years’ experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional, timely, hands-on customer service to home owners, addressing issues, concerns, repairs, inspections and completion of work orders. Will also have extensive contact with vendors and subcontractors. Inspecting repairs to the satisfaction of the homeowner and responding to requests is a large part of this position. One week a month, must be available to address emergency repairs during working and non-working hours. Attention to detail, diligent follow-up, laser-focus on high-level customer service, and advanced verbal and written communications are critical to success in this position. Must be tech savvy, comfortable with reporting, calendaring, warranties, work and purchase orders and contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. Must be able to provide two supervisory references and proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
